About

Silver Egg Studios

View Portfolio

Silver Egg Studios is the independent practice of Jess and Andy Wickstrom. After eleven years in Chicago, they were on the road from 2014-19, originally living and working out of a fiberglass Scamp trailer (aka “The Egg”) and then their 1969 Airstream (aka “The Silver Egg”). Now based in Asheville, NC, Silver Egg Studios is an outgrowth of the couple’s private practice, Wickstrom Design, and their community-funded project, DesignEgg.

From 2014-16, DesignEgg awarded over $40,000 in design, photos, websites, and videos to grantees across the country. Originally funded with Kickstarter, the project went on to be supported by more than 250 individual and corporate contributions.

With Silver Egg, the Wickstroms take their passion for working with mission-driven organizations even further by opening up their services to dozens of clients on a tiered pricing structure. Contact them to learn more about sliding-scale rates based on your annual budget.
